Full-Service Marina
The Harbour Town Yacht Basin, constructed in 1969 under the direction of Sea Pines founder and eco-development pioneer Charles Fraser, was modeled after a famous harbour in Portofino, Italy and designed to attract mariners to Hilton Head Island, while preserving the island's natural landscape. Mr. Fraser's vision resulted in a design that included preservation of a centuries-old hardwood, the "Liberty Oak," in lieu of additional slips, and installation of the Harbour Town Lighthouse. Harbour Town Yacht Basin is an intimate marina offering 100 slips in a world-class resort setting. Whether docking for a day, a week, a month, or even a lifetime, guests enjoy the marina's modern facilities and services, and convenient access to The Sea Pines Resort's outstanding amenities and luxurious accommodations.
