This lovely home has recently been renovated with a tropical Island style décor, perfect for a Sea Pines vacation. When you enter this home you immediately notice the open feel and large widows that view out to the private pool and tropical garden. This home features hardwood and tile floors throughout the entire property.

The formal living room has a large LCD TV mounted on the wall, and connects to the open dining room with seating for 8 people. There is a cozy den off the dining room with a LCD TV, DVD and Internet access. The large kitchen has granite counter tops, professional series stainless steel appliances, and a big island for everyone to gather around and enjoy cocktails.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king size bed, LCD TV, ceiling fan, and a private deck with pool access. The master bathroom has a deep roman style soaking tub, walk in tile shower, and double vanity. There is a second guest bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, LCD TV, and private bathroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and LCD TV’s. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds; these bedrooms share a renovated bathroom.

This home is a 10 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and just a short bike ride to the South Beach Marina Village, which features restaurants, shops, and water sports.
