From the brick entry and wrought iron railing, through the double red door, this two-story, ocean-oriented South Beach home opens to a gracefully flowing floor plan, a soothing palate, pine flooring and an airy, resort ambiance. A poolside outdoor table captures sea breezes, under the vine-covered trellis, and is perfect for dining al fresco.

Through French doors is a cozy office as well, with internet access. From the den and office areas, is the adjacent kitchen, in cheerful tones of green and sunny yellows, with a breakfast room which seats six. This home also features a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and half bath.

The suite is a haven of three rooms: the bedroom itself with king-sized bed, a sitting area with TV, and a sprawling master bath with whirlpool tub surrounded by dark green marbleized-tile, double vanity and glass enclosed shower.
