One of the most welcoming amenities of the home is its sizeable, stone-floored screened porch, adjacent to the pool, perfect for watching golfers or enjoying the island breezes.

Featuring three bedrooms, all with plantation shutters, the master suite relaxes in sage and cream tones with a southern-style four poster queen-sized bed, a TV, VCR, DVD and seating area. The master bathroom is reminiscent of one found in the most luxurious hotel, with beige-hued saturnia, double vanity and separate tub and large-head shower. There is a generous walk-in closet. It has its own private bath as well, with a beautiful limestone shower tub and stone-surround sink.
