Upon entering is an immediately gratifying and sweeping vista of South Beach and the water. The living room is light and inviting, with comfortable leather seating, slate surrounded fireplace, a TV, VCR and DVD and subtly tropical accents. Part of this large area is the dining room, which seats six and two at the adjacent bar/countertop, which flows into the kitchen.

The well-appointed kitchen is bright and airy, with access to the front porch, and viewing the rest of the living space and views, plus a nearby wetbar, all designed for ease in entertaining.

Located on the waterfront side of the home, the master bedroom, with king-sized bed, captures delightful views in a garden motif; it also accesses the back porch and features a TV and private bathroom. Another downstairs bedroom with floral accents has a queen-sized, TV, DVD and private bath with combination tub/shower.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, both charmingly decorated. One features a teal-hued wood headboard on its queen-sized bed, contrasted with lightly-colored furnishings, and a walk-in closet. Sharing a bathroom with tub/shower combination, the other upstairs bedroom has twin beds with pink and green bedding, a TV, DVD and a spectacular water-view.

With a back deck and boardwalk to the beach, you’ll love dolphin-watching from this unique island home. The quaint shops, activities and restaurants of South Beach Marina are only a short walk away, and there is an on-site swimming pool available to guests.
