This beach-oriented home is located only three rows back from the shores of South Beach, and offers a world of vacation amenities.

An etched glass door opens onto a wide, tile foyer, which immediately flows into the great room. Three comfortable sofas with an entertainment area with TV, VCR/DVD and stereo. Plenty of seating is found in the combination dining room and kitchen, all part of this great room as well, featuring a table for six and a casual, glass table for four. This multi-purpose room accesses the pool, brick patio and the beach path through French doors.

Light and airy, the kitchen, in cream and white, has a granite bar which seats two and a breakfast table, also which seats two beside the atrium window.

Sequestered privately up one level, the master bedroom houses a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters, a TV, and VCR/DVD. Its own bathroom offers a tile-surround tub and glass-door shower. Arched windows are featured in this room, and throughout the home for added architectural interest.

Downstairs are three more bedrooms. In a muted red and grey-green, one bedroom features a queen-sized bed, TV, VCR/DVD, plus private bath with tub/shower combo. In quiet blues, yellows and greens, the next bedroom houses twin beds a TV and a shared bathroom with shower; the adjoining bedroom, also in blue and yellow, has a king-sized bed, TV, VCR/DVD, walk-in closet and bay window. The 5th bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase, has a nautical theme and features two twin beds.

This lovely vacation residence is only a short bike ride to the quaint shopping, dining and recreation of South Beach Marina, and – right on the beach path -- is only steps from the Atlantic.
