The comfortably elegant living room is cleanly decorated in pale tones with subtle tropical touches, a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. The dining room, which seats eight, is adjacent and open to the den with TV, VCR, and sleeper sofa; plus there’s a full bathroom so that this room works for additional sleeping accommodations if the six bedrooms were somehow not enough.

A delightful screened porch with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan invites guests to enjoy the resplendent view of beautifully landscaped backyard, dark-bottom swimming pool and the meandering lagoon beyond.

Upstairs are the remaining five bedrooms, all which have TVs, ample closet space, and all which are decorated in lovely hues, stylish furnishings and various bed configurations. Three rooms have twins, another has a California king (plus double vanity and shower in its bathroom), and the fifth upper bedroom has a queen-sized bed with wrought iron headboard, and bedding in pale blue and brown.
