Breathtaking and spectacular are two of the adjectives that come to mind with this singular South Beach home.

A brick walkway and ivy-covered brick half-walls with wrought iron gate hint at what is behind the lovely doors. A light and airy living room featuring hardwood floors, alpine beamed ceilings and a superlative ocean view blend to create unforgettable impact. Positioned in the bay window is a kitchen table, which seats six, views the oaks and water, and has a lovely, unique chandelier with cream-colored faux birds, perched within. The kitchen also accesses a separate deck.

The neutrally-hued master bedroom is heavenly with stylish furnishings, a large bay window with seating, a king-sized bed, 42” flat screen TV, plantation shutters and deck access. The view from this room truly takes your breath away: in the background is the sparkling ocean, in the foreground is an infinity-edged pool . . ., and in between the two are wind-slanted oaks, not obscuring the view but, rather, enhancing it. The master bathroom, with saturnia flooring, is luxurious with an oversized stone shower, custom crackle-finish double vanity and walk-in closet.

Four other bedrooms grace this main floor, all with various configurations for sleeping accommodations: one with a day bed and trundle, another with a king and blue and white cottage motif, another with a king-sized bed in gold and sage, and finally a bedroom with king-sized bed and ocean view. All of these rooms enjoy their own private, stylishly decorated bathrooms, large flat screen TVs and numerous other amenities.

From the main level, down a flight of wide-planked wooden stairs, and through a slate hallway, you arrive to a fabulously-appointed game and media room. A billiard table, black nail-head barstools at a pub table and luxe black leather furnishings make this downstairs area the place to be after dark. Atop a leopard-print rug are several oversized adjoined theatre chairs replete with built-in cupholders, poised in front of the giant flat screen TV for movie night. There’s even an adjacent basement with air hockey.

This phenomenal home certainly has it all including a garage and every conceivable comfort. Best of all, its South Beach locale is right on the beach path, steps from the sand.
