Viewed from the porch as well is the home’s scenic backyard landscape of both a winding lagoon and the Sea Pines’ Ocean Course.

The adjacent dining room is elegantly designed with a formal table, seating ten, painted with a pale Lowcountry mural. From there is the sunny kitchen, whimsically designed with yellow tile countertops, vaulted ceiling, breakfast table seating four plus two more at the counter. Stainless steel appliances, which include a double oven, offer a gourmet his or her chance to shine.

With pool and balcony access, the master bedroom captures breathtaking views of the golf course, lagoon, magnolias and oaks; and it features a king-sized bed, TV, VCR/DVD, a walk-in closet, and a twin sleeper-chair. Generously sized, the master bathroom showcases a marble double vanity, large shower and tile flooring.

Also on the main level is another delightfully-hued bedroom in pale yellows, greens and blues, featuring two queen beds, TV, high ceilings and private balcony. It has its own bathroom with tub/shower, marble vanity and saturnia flooring.

Down the wooden-planked stairs is the home’s poolside level, housing three bedrooms, two of which have twin beds and share a bathroom with combination tub/shower, the third bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own bath. A downstairs den offers plush seating on leather sofas, a large screen TV, plus easy pool and sundeck access through sliding glass doors.

This spacious vacation home is only a short walk from both the Sea Pines Beach Club and the Ocean and Heron Point golf courses.
