A sixth bedroom is located downstairs with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with shower and pool and deck access. This home also has a two-car garage.

A backyard brick-lined patio with outdoor seating is lovely, set amidst the ancient oaks and against the picturesque golf landscape. In a quiet residential neighborhood in Sea Pines, this home is a short bike ride to either the beach or Harbour Town.
