This spacious 2nd row ocean home has all the vacation amenities you could wish for. Its sizeable swimming pool is surrounded by a fence for complete privacy, and further encircled by palmettos and magnolias. The brick-lined sundeck is roomy, with another tier featuring an outdoor entertainment patio with grill and covered bar.

Entry is onto the first floor, where a den with sage green sleeper sofa and loveseat invite casual gathering or watching the flat screen TV and DVD. There is a glass table which seats four and a mini refrigerator, plus a sliding glass door with immediate beach path access. Children will love playing on a massive branch of an oak tree that has grown horizontally off of this den’s patio…..a great spot for a photo too!

Two bedrooms are located on this floor as well. One bedroom, in restful sky blue, houses a king-sized bed, TV and has beach path and pool access. Its private bath features a combo tub/shower and marble vanity. The second downstairs bedroom, also accessing the patio and beach path, features tropically themed twin beds, plus TV and private bath.

Atop the open wood stairs is the main floor of the home, revealing a massive living room with vaulted ceiling, three sofas – one of which is a sleeper, a tile-surrounded fireplace with a decorative sheath of copper behind it, and a large flat screen TV and DVR. Integrated in this space is the combination dining room which seats ten.

Flowing from there is the newly remodeled kitchen, showcasing crisp white cabinetry, gray-pearl granite countertops, a double oven, flat cooktop and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen also has a door which leads to an upper balcony with outdoor stairs that access the pool below. The kitchen also features two counters seating six total.

An awning-covered upper balcony spanning the length of this 2nd floor provides glimpses of the ocean and the sounds of the waves.

There are three bedrooms on this floor, including the lovely master in a beachy blue with king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet and a private bathroom. This room accesses the upper deck through sliding glass doors.

Also upstairs is a nautically themed bedroom in pale yellow with sky and navy bedding on its twin beds, plus vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and a bathroom, shared with the fifth bedroom. With a boating motif, the third upper level bedroom holds bunk beds with a TV, VCR and DVD.

Steps from the sand, this roomy beach-oriented home is a perfect selection for a large family or group of friends. Both the generously sized pool and the home itself offer a wonderful home away from home for your vacation.
