Past the gated courtyard of this Harbour Town Club Villa, you’ll enter to find enchanting surroundings graced with a pleasing color scheme of tan, sage green and rich red with lightly-hued walls, enhancing the spacious interior.

Saturnia flooring is accented with smaller terracotta tiles in both the living room and dining room, which flow together. An L-shaped sofa is divinely comfortable, angled toward a corner armoire with large screen TV with DVD. For ease in entertaining, there is a wide tiled wet bar with ice maker, highlighted by bleached wood cabinetry and copper pulls.

From the living room, sliding glass doors open to an azalea-surrounded patio with plenty of seating and an outdoor grill.

The elegant dining room has a glass table with luxe seating for eight, behind which is a mirrored wall -- a beautiful setting for a candlelit dinner; and, the room also views the verdant landscape from its windowside vantage point.

The neighboring kitchen, in sunny yellow, is semi-open to the living room and dining area, and features dramatic dark-green slate tile countertops, lovely cabinetry with basketweave pulls, and top-of-the-line appliances.

Up the saturnia-floored stairs one level are two bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and spa-like private bathrooms, and either could be considered a master. The only variable in the two rooms is in the color scheme: one is richly hued with darker tones on the bedding, with sage walls, and the other has pale yellow bedding . . . yet they are equally stylish and relaxing.

Ascending to the third level of the villa, you’ll find two more bedrooms, each of these with twin beds and well-appointed private baths, and again, the only slight difference is in the décor. One room has green tropical leaf bedding and the other has muted-mint green bedding, each with its own TV.

In the villa, there are numerous balconies from which to enjoy a gentle breeze. And this villa’s location is unparalleled, adjacent to the Harbour Town Golf Links, steps from the Harbour Town pool and Sea Pines Racquet Club and only a short walk to the myriad of activities, dining and shopping of Harbour Town.
