Also in the room are a brick fireplace and an oversized dining table, which seats eight. The living room accesses an incredible upper deck with hefty granite table, seating six. This deck overlooks the pool and provides an auditory feast of bird-song and crashing waves.

Open to the living and dining rooms, the adjacent kitchen is luxurious in dark brown cabinetry and richly hued granite. Its appliances are top echelon featuring Sub Zero, Asko and Thermador.

In pale green and white is the master bedroom, featuring a ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a tree-top pool view with access to the upper deck. The master bathroom houses an umber-marbled granite vanity, whirlpool bath and saturnia flooring and shower.

One bedroom has a delightful day bed with trundle in cheerful apple green and tan, plus internet access and a flat screen TV. Another bedroom, which could be considered a second master, is stylishly decorated in slate blue and tan, with subtle island accents. It features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A private bathroom has a marble vanity and glass-block shower.
