This is a stunning vacation residence, and is only steps from the Atlantic Ocean! Terracotta-stone flooring leads you inside to a living room with plush slate-blue suede sofas, plus large TV and DVD. Sliding glass doors access a back deck, which also is off of the beach pathway.

Counter seating for two connects the living room to the kitchen, which is fully appointed with every major appliance. A laundry room with washer and dryer are nearby as well.

The sleek dining room features seating for six or eight at its glass and black lacquered table. And, surrounded by windows and the great outdoors, is a Carolina Room adorned in soothing hues, with TV, VCR and desk.

A downstairs bedroom houses a queen-sized bed in pale tones, two closets and a bathroom with stone flooring and glass door shower.

Up the open staircase are three more bedrooms. In subtle tropical hues, the master bedroom showcases a king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and private sundeck from its sliding glass doors. Its beach-themed bathroom holds a spacious double vanity and stone surrounded tub/shower combination.

With cheerful bedding, the third bedroom holds twins and views the magnolias and palmettos. This room shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, holding twin beds and adorned in a lovely pastel yellow with white furnishings.

Literally steps from the beach, this villa is a short walk to the quaint South Beach Marina Village where dining, shopping and water sports abound.
