Charm abounds in this ocean-oriented South Beach home. A wisteria covered arbor welcomes, as does the sparkling pool, both seen upon arrival. Through the double etched glass doors, you enter a spacious great room comprising a living area, kitchen and dining room.

With a Savannah brick hearth and fireplace, the living room features comfortable seating, a large, flat screen TV, DVR and DVD, and showcases a vaulted wood beam ceiling. The dining room flows from there and seats eight. Then there’s the gourmet-style kitchen which houses a center island cooktop, and a counter with six barstools for additional seating.

Adjoining this great room area is a delightful screened porch that leads to both the beach path and the swimming pool. A balcony overlooks the pool and beckons you to relax in its rocking chairs.

Three bedrooms are on this main level, all which have two double beds and private bathrooms. All rooms feature cheerful furnishings and TVs in each.

Ascending a few stairs is the master suite, tucked away at the other end of the home. In sage with hints of pink, this luxurious room features a king-sized bed, a bay window with seating, a walk-in closet, and a private covered balcony which overlooks the pool. Its bathroom has a combination shower and tub with whirlpool jets as well as a double vanity.

In addition to its wonderful location on the beach path, this home-away-from-home is conveniently situated near South Beach Marina Village and its enchanting waterside shopping, dining and water sports.
