This three bedroom townhome features saturnia flooring throughout much of its first level. The kitchen showcases gleaming black and brown granite countertops, every major appliance including a flat cooktop, and a breakfast table for two, windowside. Nearby are a full-sized washer and dryer.

With an open layout, the living room is spacious with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, lovely sage and red seating, and a TV, VCR and DVD. The dining area, open to the living room, is sun-filled with glass table for six, and windows on three sides.

The living room, dining area and kitchen all share fabulous views of the Harbour Town Golf Links and driving range. Outside is a deck with table for four, accessed via sliding glass doors from the living room.

One bedroom is downstairs with a maritime theme, twin beds, TV, internet access and a wall of bookshelves. Its bathroom houses a granite vanity with brushed nickel fixtures, stone flooring and a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms, including the master, which features cheerful hues of yellow and blue, a king-sized bed, TV and private balcony with golf course vista. Its bathroom comprises a wide vanity, full-length mirror and tub/shower.

The third bedroom showcases twin beds covered in yellow and coral spreads, plus a TV, and bathroom with tub/shower.

On-site at Twin Oaks is a sparkling resort-sized pool, and the incredible shopping, recreation and dining of Harbour Town is only a short walk or bike ride away.
