This tri-level, newly redecorated townhome has an abundance of space –with four bedrooms -- and a host of amenities, perfect for a family, group of friends or golfers’ vacation!

With hardwood floors, the first floor houses the combination living room/dining room, open and wonderfully furnished in sage and tan hues, with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, VCR, DVD and internet access. The dining area, with mirrored wall behind it, has a glass table which seats six. Both portions of this great room reveal spectacular views of the lagoon and gazebo, and have sliding glass doors which lead to a private deck with outdoor seating.

Tan granite countertops are featured in the fully-appointed kitchen, which has tile flooring and a convenient washer and dryer nearby. Also downstairs is a half-bathroom with pedestal sink.

The second floor has two bedrooms, the first of which has a bamboo-themed king-sized bed, lovely plantation furnishings and a flat panel TV. This room overlooks the sweeping lagoon and gazebo below. Its private white-on-white bathroom has a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Also on the second level is a bedroom with king-sized bed, covered in an island turquoise and lime bedspread, with white bead-board furnishings plus an armoire with flat screen TV. Its private bath features a walk-in shower.

The third floor reveals two additional bedrooms, each with (2) twin size beds. One is nautically designed with blue matelasse bedcovers, and the other is beach-themed with yellow and neutral hues. Both rooms feature a TV, and they share a bathroom which has a tiled tub/shower combination.

This is a wonderful vacation villa, and within a short walk or bike ride, you can be at either the shopping, dining or recreation of Harbour Town or the nearby beach! There is a lovely community pool on-site at the Heritage Villas.
