This living room flows into to a dining room, which seats eight, and to a beach-view sunroom with vaulted ceiling, table for four and cushioned wicker furnishings. The kitchen, which views the deck and pool below, has been recently remodeled and features vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a bar, seating two.

With its own balcony, the tranquil master bedroom has a graceful wood and iron king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath with skylight, saturnia flooring, brushed nickel fixtures and granite double vanity. In cream and celadon, the other upstairs bedroom also has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and private bath with tub/shower.
