This cheerfully outfitted vacation residence is found at the fourth floor of the new and upscale Northshore Place. With secure keypad entry for parking and the elevator, exclusivity is at a premium at the oceanview complex.

The plush living room is adorned in maritime hues of red, navy and cream, featuring a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, VCR and DVD. This whimsical room is open to both the kitchen and dining area, which seats six and overlooks the stunning oceanview pool.

Fully appointed, the neutrally-toned kitchen has every major appliance and is accented with red bead-board below its counter seating for three. Sliding glass doors lead to a wraparound deck that captures heavenly ocean breezes from its treetop balcony featuring rocking chairs and bistro seating for four.

The “downstairs” bedroom, in yellow with touches of blue, houses a queen-sized bed, desk, and bath with stone flooring, pedestal sink and a tub/shower combination. The ocean can be glimpsed from this room.

Upstairs is the cheerfully tropical master bedroom with a breathtaking ocean vista, king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. With beach accents, its luxe master bathroom showcases two vanities, stone flooring, glass door shower, soaking tub and views of the Atlantic.

In yellow and blue, the oceanview third bedroom includes twin beds, a TV and a walk-in closet. Its bath features a large soaking tub, spacious vanity and glass door shower. Conveniently located upstairs is a full-sized washer and dryer as well.

On the fourth floor, right outside the door of this villa is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool and sundeck. There is an easily accessible beachwalk that leads directly to the surf and sand.

There are shopping, dining, a movie theater and night life to be discovered next door at Coligny Plaza and the Beach Market. There is so much to do….all within walking distance from Northshore Place.
