Lowcountry splendor is at its finest at this charming home, whose covered front porch has a swing and ceiling fans. Beveled glass double doors open to reveal heart of pine flooring that leads into the bright and welcoming living room, which immediately views the lagoon, pool and whirlpool spa through its wall-height windows.

You will instantly feel at home in this cozy-but-luxe residence. With cream-hued walls, the living room features a black granite gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The combination dining room has a table which generously seats ten.

Next, the kitchen opens to reveal its own great room, with yet another dining space, seating eight. Featuring top-of-the-line appliances such as a Wolf Gourmet gas stove and Sub Zero refrigerator, the kitchen also showcases black granite countertops plus counter seating for six. What an idyllic spot for gathering and entertaining!

Tropical blade ceiling fans whirl above the family area of this great room with comfortable seating, and a black granite and rock-surrounded gas fireplace, above which is a 52” flat screen TV. Also part of this room is a wet bar and additional conversation area, all of which overlook the tranquil pool and lagoon beyond.

The master bedroom is spacious with king-sized bed and flat screen TV, and is hued in earthy colors with a subtle jungle theme. A private balcony accesses the pool below. In addition to two walk-in closets, the private bath has a whirlpool, shower with bench and black granite double vanity.

Three other bedrooms feature various sleeping accommodations: two rooms each feature twin beds, with ceiling fans and plantation shutters, and their own private baths with granite vanities and showers. Another bedroom houses a king-size bed and is adorned in crisp blue and white, with a private bath as well. A den, with sleeper sofa, houses a TV and has an adjacent bathroom with black granite vanity and tiled shower.

This enchanting Carolina home seamlessly blends comfort and luxury, and it is only a short bike ride to either the shopping, dining and recreation of Harbour Town or to the nearby beach.
