The adjacent living room – also with stunning views of the marina and yachts – features sage-hued plush seating, a TV, DVD, internet access and back patio access through sliding glass doors. The private patio is immediately on the pathway surrounding the harbour, putting you within steps of dining, shopping and recreation whenever you choose.

Upstairs are the trio of bedrooms. The master enjoys lovely harbour views and features a king-sized bed covered in a tan and rose-colored spread, TV and ceiling fan. There’s also a separate granite makeup area and vanity with magnification mirror. The bathroom houses a second vanity and a stone surrounded tub/shower combination.

Also with a harbour view, the second bedroom features twin beds, TV, VCR and ceiling fan. The charming third bedroom has a king-sized bed with iron headboard, ceiling fan, his and hers closets and TV. These two bedrooms share an elegant bathroom, which has slate flooring, whirlpool tub/shower combo, and a roomy cultured marble vanity.
