Plus there are numerous modern amenities as well, including a TV, DVD and stereo in the living room’s armoire. Sliding glass doors reveal a gated patio with an umbrella-covered bar table for four. Beyond the patio’s gates is a stone path, leading to world-famous Harbour Town, only a short walk away.

Integrated into the living room is a dining area with a hammered steel top table for six, plus a wine refrigerator in a bar nook with stainless steel blender and bar accessories for entertaining. A nearby half bath continues the boating theme with dock cleat pulls on the cabinetry.

The kitchen is crisp and fresh in hues of blue and white, also with a matte-finish steel countertop and dock cleat pulls here as well. Fully appointed with every appliance, there’s even a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Upon ascending the seagrass stairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each consistently decorated in a seafaring motif. With pale butterscotch-shaded walls, the master features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV/VCR and private bath with glass-door shower and roomy vanity.

The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed in hues of yellow and blue. This bright, cheerful room also has a TV, ceiling fan, seagrass flooring and a private bath in yellow and navy with a combination tub/shower.
