What's included in your vacation rental?

• Full Kitchen - dishware plus cookware and small appliances
• Start-up Supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap.
• Departure cleaning of property
• Bed linen and towels - 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 2 wash cloths per bedroom
• Sleeper sofa linens must be requested prior to arrival. There is a $10.00 charge per sofa.
• Local phone service
• Basic Cable Service - At least 1 T.V. with either VCR or DVD
• Iron & Ironing Board
• Vacuum
• Central Heat & Air Conditioning (unless noted in description)
