Heritage Villas

Heritage Villas are two, three and four bedroom townhouses located near the famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the PGA TOUR’s Verizon Heritage Tournament each April. Most villas offer lagoon, golf or resort views. Heritage Villas are an easy walk to The Sea Pines Racquet Club, The Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse, as well as shops and restaurants located in Harbour Town. There is also an on-site pool available for guests to enjoy.

Twin Oaks

Twin Oaks villas are two and three bedroom townhouses with views of Harbour Town Golf Links. Located just an easy walk to The Harbour Town Golf Links, rated the number one golf course in the state by the South Carolina Golf Courses Ratings Panel, this is a great choice for golfers who want to be close to the golf course. Also a stroll away is The Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town which offers fantastic boutique shopping and waterfront dining as well as the iconic candy striped Harbour Town Lighthouse. Guests staying in the Twin Oaks villas will also enjoy an on-site community pool.

Racquet Club

The Racquet Club villas are one, two and three bedroom condos that can have up to three floors located on our newest golf course, Heron Point by Pete Dye. The Racquet Club villas are within walking distance to The Sea Pines Racquet Club where you can schedule a tennis lesson. Also within walking distance is the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, a must play while you are on Hilton Head Island, as well as restaurants, shops and water sports of Harbour Town. On-site there is a large private pool and new clay tennis courts for guest use. Great location for a getaway!

Inland Harbour

Inland Harbour offers two and three bedroom townhouses with great golf course views of Heron Point by Pete Dye. Inland Harbour is walking distance from Harbour Town where great waterfront restaurants, cafes, shopping and nightlife can be found as well as water sports such as parasailing, boat rentals, fishing expeditions and jetskis. Inland Harbour is a bike ride away from The Sea Pines Beach Club, the perfect place to head to the beach or enjoy an Oceanside cocktail. Inland Harbour offers an on-site swimming pool as well as tennis courts to guests staying in these accommodations. This is a great location for both golfers and families.

Lighthouse I

Lighthouse I high-rise condos are located in Harbour Town and offer breathtaking views of The Harbour Town Golf Links' 18th hole and Calibogue Sound. Lighthouse I is just a short walk to Harbour Town Golf Links, where the pros play in the PGA TOUR’s Verizon Heritage each April. The Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Yacht Basin are also within walking distance. Guests of Lighthouse I have access to the Harbour Town community pool

Woodbine Villas

The Woodbine Villas are one-story two bedroom villas located on the 10th hole of the Ocean Course. Woodbine Villas are within an easy walk to the Ocean and Heron Point by Pete Dye Clubhouse as well as The Sea Pines Beach Club.
