Are sheets and bath towels provided by owner or Sea Pines Resort?

Sheets and bath towels are provided by Sea Pines Resort and are included in your housekeeping fee. Owners are responsible for mattress and pillow covers, blankets, and bed coverings.

How often are statements issued?

Statements are issued on the 15th of every month. Due to SC State law, we cannot disburse rental monies until the guest has departed. Therefore, e.g. 5/31/14 - 6/7/2014 week rented, the rental monies will be disbursed on the June statement not the May statement.

Do Sea Pines Resort's guests get charged a security deposit?

All of our guests provide a credit card and sign a contract that states SPR has their permission to charge their credit card for non-accidental damages. This credit card allows much more coverage than a dollar amount security deposit.

Is there in house maintenance at SPR?

Yes, we have an in house maintenance department which allows SPR to save a significant amount of labor costs for our property owners.

How are property ratings achieved?

Your property is evaluated and rated according to the AAA standards. A copy of the specifications can be provided.

How often are properties being inspected?

Properties are inspected prior to every arrival and, when the property is vacant for 2 weeks or more, they are inspected every 2 weeks. Also, during vacant times - every two to three weeks.

Is SPR in charge of issuing car passes to the rental guests?

Guest passes are issued free of charge to our Guests.

Are Sea Pines Resort's properties non-smoking?

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking.

Does Sea Pines Resort have "dog friendly" properties?

Yes, we do have homes and villas that are "Dog Friendly" but the designation is up to the property owner.
