Cardio Strength Interval Fitness Class

Join us for an interval based class that combines full-body strength training exercises alternated with short bursts of cardiovascular exercises. Each class also incorporates core, strength training, and relaxing stretches. All levels welcomed.  The Cardio Strength Interval class will be held on the second-floor deck of the Sea Pines Beach Club. A mat and one pair of weights will be available per participant. $10 per class for all guests or non-members. Reservations required. Class is limited to 8 participants. Class participants must be 16 years or older. Reservations can be made online at www.seapines.com/fitness.
