Lots of space for everyone (7 people). We didn't use the pool house at all. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm, but there were a couple of fans there that helped. The yard was great, we spent a lot of time at the pool. The seats and umbrella in the pool were really nice for sitting in the shade.
