The living room is equipped with an entertainment center with a large TV and DVD. Off the living room is a large deck and access to the private pool. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people, and a bar refrigerator, great for storing wine or soda. The open kitchen has been fully renovated and has everything you could need to make a great feast.The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King bed and LCD TV. The master bathroom is fit for a queen, with a large Jacuzzi soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The 1st floor guest bedroom has two twin beds, LCD TV, and a bathroom with a tub style shower.On the second floor there is a large loft with sofa and loveseat, TV and DVD, and a desk area. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, both with king size beds and LCD TV’s, these two bedrooms each have their own bathroom.FIREPLACES ARE DECORATIVE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.POOL AND SPA HEATING: • NOT ALL pools/spas are heatable — please inquire when booking.• Pool heat available: September–May (not available June–August).• Spa heat: Available year round if the spa is heatable.• 3 night minimum required for heating.• Requests must be made 24+ hours in advance to avoid a $75 late fee.• Heating surcharge is processed at the time of request.• Spa jets require heat to operate.• Below 60°F, heat may be ineffective — no refunds issued. ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### Loved the house!
