The condo is beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and has unbeatable views of Harbour Town—waking up to the lighthouse and boats each morning felt like a dream. The location is ideal: just steps from the marina, shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. The kitchen was exceptionally well-appointed, with everything we needed to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. From cookware to utensils, it felt like home—just with a better view! Booking through Sea Pines Resort made the experience even better. We had full access to Sea Pines amenities, including discounted golf rates, free tennis time at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, and priority reservations at resort restaurants. The check-in process was seamless, and any questions we had were handled promptly and professionally. It truly felt like a luxury vacation from start to finish. We can’t wait to return to 1017 Caravel! - Anonymous U Posted on 8/7/2025 ### The BEST of Harbour Town (5/5 stars) We’ve stayed in Sea Pines many times, but this was by far our favorite trip—and 1017 Caravel Court was a huge reason why. The unit is tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, and offers stunning views over the Harbour Town marina. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and peaceful evening strolls right outside the door. The location couldn’t be better—easy beach access made our days by the ocean effortless, and the extensive network of walking and biking trails connected us to all of Sea Pines. Whether we were exploring the forest preserve, riding to the beach club, or heading to dinner in Harbour Town, everything felt close and convenient. One highlight of our trip that our child still talks about was catching the Gregg Russell concert under the Liberty Oak —such a fun night and a great bonus to being in the heart of it all. We also really appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook comfortably during our stay. It made it easy to enjoy relaxed meals in while still feeling like we were on a luxury getaway. Booking directly through Sea Pines Resort elevated the experience even more. We enjoyed exclusive guest privileges like free tennis time, discounted golf, access to resort pools, and friendly, concierge-level service.
