In the spacious dining room, seating for eight under a delightfully modern chandelier provides an elegant introduction to the rest of the house.Just beyond, natural light streams in from a panorama of window to an open and airy living room. Here, creamy linens on a plush loveseat, armchair and sofa contrast beautifully against a rich dark hardwood coffee table. A massive wall-mounted flat-screen TV set above an ornate fireplace anchors one wall, while jaw-dropping beach views carry the rest. Sliding glass doors lead out to a wide wooden deck with unhampered views of the rolling dunes and the waves beyond. The kitchen carries the modern theme beautifully thanks to expansive counters set in monochromatic speckled granite and a steel gray and black glass tile backsplash. High-end GE Profile appliances like a French door refrigerator, spacious oven and flat cooktop create a playground for the gourmet, while the striking rounded Zephy range hood exudes modern elegance.Three bedrooms can be found throughout this sprawling footprint. The first pairs two twin beds in lime green linens that contrast beautifully with a rich neutral color scheme. This room enjoys a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, plus private bath with granite-topped single basin vanity and walk-in corner shower with multi-function showerhead.A second bedroom enjoys private access to the wooden deck, not to mention exquisite views, through a set of sliding glass doors. A wide king size bed in gold linens provides superb comfort and style, in keeping with the luxury that awaits in the en suite. Here, the atmosphere of an in-villa spa is achieved through spacious speckled granite surrounding dual basins, and a cavernous walk-in shower lit by tall windows of frosted glass and boasting multi-function showerhead and separate rain shower. The property’s third bedroom, set apart from the main living spaces enjoys ample privacy for solitude and relaxation. Here a wide king-size bed in attractively artistic linens in blue and green with coastal-inspired headboard and footboard enjoys views of a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, light streaming in through ample windows, and en suite with single basin vanity tub and shower set with wide block tiles. With all the convenience and access to the fun and excitement of South Beach you’d expect, and the luxury you deserve, this villa is where vacation memories are made. ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### Every stay is special (5/5 stars) We have stayed at Sea Pines at least 15 times in the last 20 years, and every stay is special. The new landscaping project is beautiful, and we couldn't believe how tame the wildlife is. Our grandkids were in awe of the deer roaming near our villa.
