A separate living space boasts a large decorative fireplace and flat-screen TV with a sectional sofa, open to dining for six. To one side, another wide set of sliders beckons you out to the sprawling swimming pool deck, where a spill-down jacuzzi and verdant landscaping give way to stunning views. To the other, the open kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and easy access to the spacious laundry with washer, dryer and extra refrigerator. Ideal for large groups, you’ll find an expansive variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Those looking for their own space will find it above the garage in the roomy carriage house, which boasts a private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette and en suite with walk-in shower. Younger guests will love the loft accessed up the spiral staircase, where a twin-over-full bunkbed enjoys sightlines out to the marsh. Two more private guest rooms can be found on the home’s main floor. In the first, a King bed is situated beneath soaring ceilings in a space with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and access to a full bath with tub and shower. In the second, two queen beds front a massive desk for those taking a working vacation in a space with a ceiling fan and en suite bath with single basin vanity, tub and shower. Finally, the master suite exults in classic Sea Pines details. Beneath a vaulted ceiling, a king-size bed enjoys views of the marsh across a private patio, as well as a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV.
