Located in the gated Sea Pines Plantation community it’s a short walk from Harbor Town. This location has a variety of lovely shops, restaurants, and accessibility to sporting activities, such as golf, tennis, and swimming. This 3 bedroom townhome provides all of the comforts of home. A fully equipment stocked, newly renovated kitchen is easy to navigate with the convenience of the laundry room adjacent to it. All of the newly renovated bathrooms and the 3 bedrooms offer space for a family to enjoy their time on the island. Multiple televisions throughout the property and extended wi-fi offer in-house entertainment options. The island’s series of bike trails are accessed at the neighborhood entrance. Riding to the beach and pickleball courts was really easy! We were grateful to have had such a wonderful experience. - Anonymous U Posted on 12/17/2025 ### Fabulous Getaway! (5/5 stars) This condo is spacious, well-appointed, and beautiful! While enjoying a long-weekend get-away we rode bikes, visited Harbour Town, and ate dinner at some great restaurants. The location was such an asset to do everything we wanted to do and more! The high-speed internet, accessorized kitchen, updated bathrooms, not to mention easy-access to laundry were wonderful. It was so close to the lighthouse and all the activities at the harbor. We biked everywhere we went, except the beach but we love how close everything is. The villa had everything we needed and our kids loved playing in the backyard and watching the deer come right up to back deck! The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching our kids play in the backyard. It was an easy walk and bike ride to the pool and harbor town. The kitchen has every type of cooking/dining equipment you could ever need! The bedrooms were quite spacious, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the blackout curtains were helpful. We appreciated their upgraded wifi so we could all be online at the same time. The location was perfect...walking/biking to Harbour Town shops took about 3 minutes...
