The location is superb with the best amenities easily accessible! Enjoy the Sea Pines Beach club. Just hop on the free Beach Trolley (seasonal) across the street from the villa or ride your bikes on the 1.5 mile bike path. Take a dip in the Harbour Town Pool, play golf, tennis, or pickleball, take a latte from the bakery to the playground. It's all within a short walk. Restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, shopping, a walk around the yacht basin, and fabulous sunsets at the pier are literally steps across the way in Harbour Town!Inside, shiplap entry walls welcome you into the open floor plan. The lavishly updated kitchen boasts plenty of storage, a center island of marbled granite and gourmet appliances including six burner induction stove, French-door refrigerator and a wine cooler. Beyond the pub height dining table with seating for eight, the living room has dual sofas set before a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and two easy chairs. A pair of sliding doors guide you out to the private rear patio and yard where you can gaze at the Spartina-crested dunes framing the dolphins and heron playing in the water. Hardwood stairs lead to the beautifully updated and tranquil guest suites. The first landing boasts a gracious queen size suite with a desk, and TV, plentiful windows and storage space, and its own private bath with tiled, walk-in shower. Also on this floor is a beachy king suite with TV, floor-to-ceiling windows and swivel chair overlooking the sound, and en suite bath with dual-basin vanity and walk-in shower. The top story provides a third suite, with a double and a twin bed, a writing desk, ample sun filled windows and storage, and a single vanity bath with shower and tub. Down the hall, past the full washer and dryer, is the elevated master suite with an expansive footprint, plush king-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and comfy swivel chair to take in the dazzling water views.
