On the main level, a king bedroom is conveniently located near a full bathroom, making it a good option for guests who prefer to avoid the upper floor.
The ground-level entertainment area opens directly to the large private pool and spacious patio. A full bathroom located just off the pool adds convenience for days spent enjoying the outdoor space.
