Pass through these doors and enjoy the view from the rear decking, with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Gather around the built in fire pit or grill to test your culinary skills while dining al fresco. A lap pool is located by the deck so you can get in your early morning exercise or escape to wind down after a long day in the sun.

Step back inside to the expansive kitchen and den, which are joined with the open space to maximize your entertaining experience. The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen, with loads of counter space and storage and a large island with barstools. There’s a 6-burner gas stove and wall mounted flat screen TV. Tucked neatly inside the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for four. The den provides more seating, with a built-in fireplace (decorative) and large flat screen TV mounted just above the fireplace.

The primary suite sits just off the kitchen and is separated by a hallway and a generous laundry room with washer/dryer and full-sized 2nd refrigerator. A private outdoor shower is located across from the laundry room.
In the primary suite, there’s a king-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and built in desk with shelving, themed in coastal blues and grays. The en suite bathroom has double vanity sinks and a tiled walk-in glass door shower.

Three additional bedrooms offer king sized beds. The second primary suite, located opposite the kitchen across from the main living space, has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a tiled walk-in glass door shower. Neutral grays provide a soothing backdrop to this comfortable bedroom.
A third bedroom offers a king sized bed that can be split to accommodate individuals as required. This bedroom is themed in muted grays, blues and greens and has access to a full bath located in the hallway just outside the bedroom. This bathroom has a tub-shower combo and rain showerhead.

The final bedroom has a king sized bed that can also be split as required. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tiled walk-in glass door shower. Blues and grays help to connect the relaxing theme of this home.

Centrally located between the beach and Harbour Town, this home offers privacy in a true Southern setting.

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
