Check-in begins at 4pm. If you arrive early you are welcome to enjoy the resort’s amenities, you will be notified by phone when you should return to the front desk to pick-up your keys.

Check-out is 10am. Late check-outs are not guaranteed, and are provided based on availability. If a late check-out is provided upon request, a late checkout fee will apply.

Homes and Villas Cancel Policy

Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival for villas and 90 days for homes. Reservations cancelled within the prescribed time period will forfeit the full deposit.

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town Cancel Policy

Cancellations must be made prior to seven days for deposit refund. Cancellations within seven days of arrival forfeit the full deposit.

Hilton Head Island enjoys warm weather all year, making The Sea Pines Resort an ideal location for golf any month of the year. Enjoy beach days as early as April, stretching late into the fall. 

Dogs are permitted in designated homes and villas. A dog-friendly unit can be identified using the filters on the home and villa property search, and selecting “dog friendly.” The pet policy permits one dog, less than 50 lbs. in dog-friendly villas; no other type of pet is permitted. A non-refundable fee will be charged at the time of the reservation based on the size of the unit. For additional information, click here. 

We allow service dogs in all of our dining locations. Any dog that is acting aggressively or out of control is subject to being asked to leave.

• Sea Pines Beach Club: Dogs are permitted on the lower deck (wood deck area).
• Harbourside: Dogs are permitted at this all-outdoor venue.
• Harbour Town Bakery: Dog are permitted in the outdoor seating area.
• Link’s, an American Grill: Service dogs only permitted.
• Fraser’s Tavern: Service dogs only permitted.

Hilton Head Island Airport is located mid-island approximately 15 minutes from the resort, while Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is located in nearby Savannah, Georgia, about 45-50 minutes by car.

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town has 60 rooms. We have more than 400 homes and villas on our rental program.

A Sea Pines gate pass is required to enter the community and visit restaurants. You can dine in any Sea Pines Resort restaurant and be reimbursed for your gate pass with a check over $30.

No, The Sea Pines Resort does not operate the gate at Sea Pines. It is operated by Sea Pines Community Service Associates (CSA). Please note the CSA is not affiliated with The Sea Pines Resort and provides additional rules and regulations governing the community, as well as gate access.

The beach can be accessed from the Sea Pines Beach Club

Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for guests of The Sea Pines Resort and Sea Pines property owners between 8am and 3pm from spring through Labor Day.

Yes, tennis and pickleball equipment is available to rent through the Sea Pines Racquet Club. Tennis rentals are $5 per racquet. Pickleball rentals are $20 for four paddles and balls.

All food and beverage menu planning, room set-ups and other pertinent details must be confirmed at least 30 days in advance of your event.
