This home is centrally nestled at the Harbour Town Golf Course. Directly across the street from the property is the #15 green, followed by the #16 tee-box. The number 11 tee-box is on the back side of the property. Once inside the home, you will find it to be spacious and welcoming. The main entrance offers an open space with a large living room, wet bar, and glass doors that open to the rear of the property. There is a private pool with a large deck and comfortable seating. A grill and two dining tables, along with conversation chairs and rockers help to provide an environment where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. A flat screen TV is also outside for your viewing enjoyment!

Back inside there is a chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry. You will find both Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines, loads of counter and storage space and state of the art stainless steel appliances. There’s a lovely breakfast nook with massive bench seating, and a couch and chairs where everyone can gather while meals are being prepared. There’s a decorative fireplace and a flat screen TV that can be viewed anywhere in that kitchen and living space.

Across from the main living space on the first level there are 3 bedrooms. The spacious primary suite offers a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. A separate closet large enough to call a room has a full-size washer/dryer and built in dresser drawers for all your laundry and storage needs. This bedroom is on the rear side of the property and offers full views of the pool and golf course.

There are two queen bedrooms: the one on the rear side of the property shares the ensuite with the other queen bedroom. There is a sink and toilet in this bathroom that is separated by a door for privacy. The walk-in shower is shared with the other queen bedroom. The second queen bedroom, on the front side of the house, has the full ensuite with an entrance from that bedroom.
Upstairs are two queen beds, a trundle bed and a chair and half that easily converts to a comfortable twin bed. This massive space offers families options for young children or a separate family. There is a full ensuite with walk in shower.

There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, the main living room, the kitchen and outside.

Aside from its proximity to golf, this property is a short (4 min) drive or (8 min) bike ride to Harbour Town, Baynard Ruins and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

The garage is not for guest use.

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
