- Portrait sessions by Memory Lane Portraits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and do not include prints.

- Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival for villas and 90 days for homes. Reservations cancelled within the prescribed time period will forfeit the full deposit.
