Terms and Conditions
- The Nightly Summer Special is valid for minimum four-night stays in villas and minimum five-night stays in homes from June 13 through August 14, 2026. For new reservations, only. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Available at select properties. Blackout dates apply.
- Deposits will be refunded for reservations canceled at least 91 days prior to arrival for villas and 121 days prior to arrival for homes. Reservations canceled within this period will forfeit the 50 percent deposit. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full rental amount.
