Heading past the granite set wet bar, we find the expansive dining area offering seating for ten along an extended oak dining table. Doors to one side give way to a serene Carolina room with immersive golf views, while the spacious kitchen awaits off to one side. Ample counters set in eye-catching quartz lend elegance to a state-of-the-art kitchen offering high-end stainless-steel appliances.

Rounding out the homey comforts is a large mud room down one hallway with washer, dryer, utility sink and access to a private side yard with full-size bike rack.

This wing of the property sees two more bedrooms located up a floating staircase. The first enjoys two queen beds with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, a wide private deck and en suite with tub and shower. The second enjoys views of the main courtyard from a space with king-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and en suite with dual-basin vanities and exquisitely modern walk-in shower boasting custom tilework.

The remaining bedrooms, located up a set of stairs on the other side of the property, share access to a well-appointed private living space with flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa and kitchenette with wine cooler and stove. To one side, a two-room suite offers a king sized bed as well as a separate kids hideaway with skylight and twin-over-double bunkbed sharing an en suite with tub and shower. Another bedroom off of this living space enjoys a king-size bed, private elevated deck, and en suite with tub and shower.
