When you approach the magnificent reclaimed front door of this fifth-row beach manor, making your way up brick pavers through lush landscaping, you get a feeling you’re in for something truly unique.

What waits beyond that door doesn’t disappoint. In fact it inspires, with a majestic open living space and a wonderfully realized sense of style running throughout every wonderfully light and airy inch.

This wonderment begins in the main living space and social hub of this home, set under soaring vaulted ceilings with skylights and laid out before a coastal inspired accent wall of exposed paneling. Anchoring this room is a lovely conversation area with sectional sofa in taupe and mocha and armchairs facing a wall of built-in bookshelves, a fireplace and a massive flat screen TV.

Among those bookshelves you’ll find an iPod cradle which lets you enjoy music throughout the house and outside in the spacious Carolina room just adjacent to the main living space. Here, tall ceilings and skylights cascade light on an outdoor oasis surrounded by screened walls and Roman shades and offering al fresco dining for four.

Pass through, and you’re just a few steps up from the gloriously tranquil pool deck. Surrounded by privacy screening and lush vegetation, the crystal blue waters of the swimming pool glitter and the wide pool deck offers plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. You can even take in meals prepared on the nearby gas grill at the spacious iron patio table with seating for six under a massive umbrella.

But then, the indoor dining offers its own delights. Set under a beautiful ranch-inspired wrought iron light fixture, the massive dining table of reclaimed oak seats eight for family meals wrapped in luxury and light.

Set apart from the main living space, but beautifully open to it, is the kitchen. A center island with the look of reclaimed farmhouse wood and topped by a lush slab of speckled granite serves as the center of this space, and incorporates a Décor professional-grade chef’s range. Winding counters opposite provide plenty of workspace below a bank of plantation-shuttered windows, rounding out a kitchen stocked with high-end stainless steel appliances.

Just off the kitchen, a sprawling mud room offers at-home convenience thanks to ample counters, a deep basin, washer and dryer and full bath.

Rest and relaxation is found throughout the home in four guest rooms and an opulent master suite. Located on the first floor, the master suite is inclusive of its own sitting room with dual armchairs in fiery garnet (one of which folds out to a bed), desk, wall mounted flat-screen TV and pool views.

Step through double doors of this sitting room and find yourself in the breathtaking master suite, with tall tray ceilings, fan, wrapround windows and massive king size bed in tropical-inspired linens. The comfort of this main bedroom is matched and almost surpassed by the spa-like en suite which offers a spacious whirlpool tub and walk-in shower with rainfall head and handheld showerhead.

Two more rooms await on the ground floor, each with its own comforts and style to recommend it.

The first suite wraps a king-size bed in watercolor-inspired linens in a room bathed in light by windows on three walls. Sliding glass doors lead out to the lanai, while inside you’ll find high-end touches like a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and en suite that carries a farmhouse motif beautifully through exposed paneling and offers a single basin vanity in speckled granite, tub and shower.

The last of this floor’s guest rooms marries a queen size bed in linens of salmon-hued paisley patterns with coastal-inspired décor. French doors on one side open wide to let the outdoors in to a room boasting a flat-screen TV with DVD player and en suite whose designs and amenities include exposed paneling, speckled granite single basin vanity, tub and shower.

Heading up the beautiful staircase of farm-inspired iron and hardwood, we find two more guest rooms boasting identical layouts and décor.

These rooms each claim tall tray ceilings set in exposed wood for a coastal beach house atmosphere, and enjoy endless daylight thanks to a panorama of windows along three walls. Each offers a wall mounted flat screen and a spacious en suite with lovely exposed paneling, single basin vanity with granite shower and capacious corner shower.

Where they differ is in accommodation: one offers a wide king size bed in nautical inspired linens of royal blue and crisp white, while the other offers dual trundle beds in linens of cocoa and crème.

A wonderful sense of style and immense spaciousness makes this fifth-row beachside getaway the perfect place for the whole family to come together to create vacation memories.
