This table ensemble is located directly beside the entrance to the kitchen, which boasts top of the line stainless steel appliances and loads of counter space for you to create memorable meals or simple snacks. A full sized washer and dryer sits just off the kitchen in the laundry room.

Pass through French doors from the main living space to a cozy den with a large flat screen TV and ample seating. A den-like bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bath and flat screen TV is also conveniently located off the main living space.

A walk down the hallway with its Asian-inspired feel and warm color palette allows you to begin further relaxing as you head to the remaining two spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom faces the rear of the home, with a spectacular view of the outdoor space that awaits. The Zen theme continues here, with a luxurious king-sized bed set in beautiful wood tones and a soothing neutral color scheme with splashes of warmth throughout. A rattan ceiling fan swirls lazily over the bed to lull you to sleep. Step into the ensuite master bathroom complete with loads of counter space, a double vanity and a large walk in shower. In the main bedroom space, walk through the French doors onto an expansive outdoor seating area complete with fireplace and flatscreen TV.

This outdoor living space features ample seating for you and your guests, and you can enjoy dining al fresco at the beautiful dining room table.

Directly across from the master bedroom is the nautically-themed twin bedroom, which faces the front of the home. Blues and creams create a coastal feel with two twin beds resting on a lovely seagrass floor. The ensuite bathroom continues this nautical theme with sailboat wallpaper. There is a sunken tub and shower combination for children and adults alike.

The entire rear side of the main living space is all glass – so you can enjoy the view of the outdoor oasis that completes this home’s charm. This property boasts an outdoor playground complete with a large organic-shaped pool, gigantic pergola with ample seating, and a built-in outdoor kitchen, sure to please any chef or outdoor enthusiast. The large deck surrounding the pool has plenty of comfortable seating for sunbathing or just enjoying the local flora and fauna.

Garage is not for guest use. All fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. There is a fire pit near the pool for guest use.

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
