This spacious Sea Pines retreat is built for beach days and family getaways! Ideally located just steps from the famous Sea Pines Beach Club and across the street from the Plantation Clubhouse, this home checks all the boxes for your next island vacation.
If the beach is your goal, the beach path runs right beside the home, making your visits to the sand quick and easy. For golf enthusiasts, Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes are just across the street, along with a well-stocked pro shop and Fraser’s Tavern for post-round dining.
Main Living Spaces
Step inside to a bright, expansive gathering space perfect for family and friends. The main living room welcomes you with a plush sofa, two side chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and views of the private pool and spa just beyond the windows.
A wall separates the main living room from the open-concept den, dining area, and kitchen, designed for comfort and togetherness. The upgraded, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space for preparing family meals, while the dining table seats eight, with an additional kids’ table tucked nearby. The cozy den features two couches, a side chair, and another large flat-screen TV — perfect for relaxing while dinner simmers.
Bedrooms Layout
This home’s thoughtful layout gives everyone their own space:
• Left Wing – Adult Retreat: Upstairs on this side, you’ll find three king bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.
• Right Wing – Kid-Friendly Fun: Upstairs on the opposite side, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and en suite bathrooms, plus a flat-screen TV in every room. This wing also includes a separate game room featuring a sleeper sofa, foosball table and another TV — perfect for movie nights or friendly competitions.
Outdoor Living
The covered back porch runs the full length of the home, offering Adirondack chairs for peaceful poolside views. Enjoy the beautiful kidney-shaped pool and spa, fire up the grill for an outdoor feast, and take advantage of the convenient half bath just outside.

A spacious driveway and single garage bay provide ample parking and room for beach gear or a vehicle.
