This premier two story home is close to the Atlantic ocean, just three rows from the beach and right near the Sea Pines Beach Club and the Plantation Golf Club.
When you enter this light and bright home, you immediately walk into the great room, which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen; beautiful set up for entertaining. The living room is equipped with an entertainment center with a large TV and DVD. Off the living room is a large deck and access to the private pool. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people, and a bar refrigerator, great for storing wine or soda. The open kitchen has been fully renovated and has everything you could need to make a great feast.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King bed and LCD TV. The master bathroom is fit for a queen, with a large Jacuzzi soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The 1st floor guest bedroom has two twin beds, LCD TV, and a bathroom with a tub style shower.
On the second floor there is a large loft with sofa and loveseat, TV and DVD, and a desk area. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, both with king size beds and LCD TV’s, these two bedrooms each have their own bathroom.
FIREPLACES ARE DECORATIVE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.
POOL AND SPA HEATING :
• LIMITATIONS: NOT ALL POOLS AND SPAS CAN BE HEATED – PLEASE INQUIRE AT TIME OF BOOKING.
• HEATING AVAILABILITY: POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY. HEATING IS NOT AVAILABLE IN JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST.
• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
