Step through these French doors and you’re enjoying enclosed outdoor enjoyment in a grand screened-in porch. And that screened-in porch is just one of the many wonders that ring the property. It opens to a wide sun-dappled deck which commands stunning views out to the water. On the other side of the property, a blissfully private pool deck sees lavish brickwork surrounding a lap pool with splash down jacuzzi ringed by foliage and outdoor dining and relaxation. There is even a serene covered patio to one side accessible only through two of the downstairs suites.

And each of these patio-side suites is a serene oasis unto itself. In one, two twin beds enjoy a space with spacious en suite bath, flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. In the other, a king bed fronts a decorative fireplace and offers its own private bath. The third of these downstairs guest rooms enjoys views out to the pool deck from a plush queen-size bed in a space with its own en suite bath, flat-screen TV and ceiling fan.

• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
