If you’re ready for the ultimate relaxation retreat, this is the place for you. This single level home is open concept with an over-sized living room as its focal point. A large wall-mounted TV rests over the decorative fireplace. Situated in front of the fireplace and TV is a comfortable sectional sofa. Two leather side chairs flank the sofa, along with two additional armchairs nearby – all providing plenty of seating for you and your guests.

Behind the living room sectional is a dining room table with seating for six. From this table you can look out to a large screened in porch with another option for dining. Both overlook a beautiful lagoon and the 18th hole of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. On either side of the screened in porch is walk-out decking, which runs the entire width of the rear of the house. You can sit and relax on the deck and enjoy the lagoon view while watching golfers.

Just off the living room, beside the kitchen on the front-facing side of the house is a small den for you to sit, read and relax.

The huge kitchen has a free-standing countertop bar with seating, along with a round table and seating for four. All appliances are upgraded stainless steel. Double slider doors provide access to and allow a beautiful view of the fenced in pool and spa area.

The pool offers lounges chairs and multiple dining and seating options, as well as a gas grill to make this area your perfect outdoor sanctuary.

There are four generously sized bedrooms, 2 on either side of the open concept living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

One side features a bedroom that is front facing with a king-sized bed and en-suite. This bedroom overlooks the pool and offers access to the pool through slider doors. A double vanity sink, and a large tiled walk-in shower complete this bedroom. On the same side of the house, a queen bedroom has a step out to the rear deck with golf course views, including a view of a gorgeous walk over bridge to the fairway. The en-suite bath has 2 vanity sinks and an oversized tiled walk-in shower.

On the other side of the living room, both bedrooms are rear facing with walk outs to the rear deck, where views of the lagoon and golf course invite you to visit. The first bedroom has two double beds with an ensuite that includes a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite that includes a single vanity sink and a generous tiled walk-in shower.
This single level home is just a few minute walk, bike or car ride to the famed Sea Pines Beach Club and golf courses. Come relax and enjoy all the island has to offer.

POOL AND SPA HEATING :
• LIMITATIONS: NOT ALL POOLS AND SPAS CAN BE HEATED – PLEASE INQUIRE AT TIME OF BOOKING.
• HEATING AVAILABILITY: POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY. HEATING IS NOT AVAILABLE IN JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST.
• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
