At one end of this expanse, a grand sectional sofa with chaise lounge faces a flat-screen TV beside picture windows. At the other end, coastal flair in the dining room lends casual elegance to seating for six, with additional bar seating facing into the kitchen. Set beneath a lush skylight, this gourmet kitchen boasts French door refrigerator, flat-cooktop stove and plentiful counter space for feeding the whole group.

At the far end of the great room, a set of sliders open to a dazzling outdoor oasis shaded by soaring live oak branches and opening to unspoiled forest. An outdoor shower enjoys exquisite privacy, while the sparkling waters of the pool and the surrounding pool deck provide outdoor entertainment all day long. Al fresco dining at one end of the pool is fueled by a wide gas grill.

Each of the property’s four bedrooms, two of which are suites, offer their own take on coastal elegance. In the first full suite, a king size bed set in stylish linens rests beneath a ceiling fan surrounded by wide windows, while the en suite bath offers dual-basin vanity, tub and shower. A second suite pairs two queen beds in electric blue linens below a ceiling fan, with en suite offering dual-basin vanity and wide walk-in shower.

A third bathroom with walk-in shower and single-basin vanity is shared by the final two lushly comfortable bedrooms, one offering a king-size bed beneath a ceiling fan and the other a plush queen.
