Inside dining can be found in two spots – the first being a less formal setting for six expandable to eight adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen itself is wonderfully open, wrapping counters of speckled granite around a wide quartz center island in a space with a full range of appliances including flat cooktop stove and lush views of the central courtyard. More formal dining can be found just beyond, where tall ceilings and skylights illuminate seating for six expandable to eight, with courtyard views to one side and pool, lagoon and golf views to the other.

Set just beyond a half bath for guests, the expansive master suite employs every luxurious amenity of a five-star resort. Here beneath soaring ceilings, a king-size bed fronts a flat-screen TV, with doors along one wall giving way to private access to the rear patio. The majestic en suite boasts a dual-basin vanity, spacious walk-in shower and garden tub with jacuzzi jets.

The other two guest rooms can be accessed either from the front hallway or through their own private entrances out to the central courtyard. Each benefit from soaring ceilings and skylights, plus luxurious amenities including private en suite bath and personal flat-screen TV, with the first bedroom enjoying a king-size bed and the other a swing king (setup as king or two twin) bed.
