1852 Beachside Tennis Villas is your luxury vacation home away from home, in Hilton Head. Just steps from a semi-private beach, this gorgeously appointed condo feels like home in every way. From the designer furniture and well thought-out amenities to the double balconies, you may not even want to leave! Coffee on the balcony while watching families of deer feeding just below and cardinals singing their morning song in the pine trees, while the palm trees rustle in the breeze, is the perfect way to begin your day. I love the sound of the ocean waves as they crest the beach, which is ever present while sitting outside. Whether you spend the day at the spacious pool, ranging from 3 to 7.5 feet deep, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, or make your way down to the beach which is absolutely pristine and beautiful, you can’t go wrong. Everything you need can be found in the newly renovated kitchen complete with the highest quality appliances. I’ve never seen a vacation rental home with this variety and quantity of kitchen ware. There wasn’t one thing we needed, that wasn’t there! The dedication to beautiful decorating was evident in every room and both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There are public grills by the pool. Parking was very convenient and near the unit. The elevator made transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. In as little as 5 minutes, you can walk to the island shuttle and The Salty Dog restaurant with its general store which came in handy a couple of times during our stay. We left this beautiful vacation home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You will be blessed staying in this serene spot in this very special Sea Pines plantation.

We just returned from a truly relaxing week at 1852 Beachside Tennis and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning water views—huge windows and two private balconies made it feel like the ocean was part of the living room. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The unit itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished in a style that felt upscale but still beach-comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed several meals out on the balcony watching dolphins swim by in the sound. Both bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortable—the king bed in the primary suite felt like a cloud. Location is also a huge plus. We walked to South Beach Marina Village in under five minutes—great food, live music, and shopping, but still quiet and peaceful back at the condo. Having the pool and beach right outside the building made it incredibly easy to relax without ever needing to drive anywhere. This was one of the most effortless vacations we’ve ever taken, and we’re already talking about booking the same unit again next year. Highly recommend 1852 Beachside Tennis for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic Hilton Head retreat in a prime location.

This condo is wonderful! We celebrated our first year anniversary here and had such a nice and relaxing time. My favorite part was seeing all the deer from the balcony and being steps away from the beach. The pool is also close, comfortable and quiet. This place has everything you need to have the best vacation and it’s in the perfect location for everything you may want to do - swim, walk, bike, relax. Can’t wait to come back!

We love this property! The location is perfect….right on the beach with great sunset views, access to the pool and short walk to the South Beach Marina and Racquet Club. Really nice recent kitchen renovation! Comfy beds!
