The crystal blue waters of a geometrically designed swimming pool beg to be splashed in, while the adults can enjoy a quiet space just steps away where a granite-topped outdoor bar flanks a wide glass table with seating for six under lush greenery. A stone path meandering away leads right to the beach.

Indoors, the second floor’s soaring great room offers another great place for the family to come together. Angled ceilings of wood paneling evoke the feeling of a cozy beach cabin, which contrasts nicely with the unparalleled feeling of space that runs throughout thanks to soaring windows and natural light everywhere. This lends a sense of grandeur to a living area marked by an opulent ceiling fan, sleeper sofa and loveseat arrayed before a massive flat-screen TV and an accent wall of stacked stone with decorative fireplace.

The nearby dining hall offers yet another site for family get-togethers, hosting seating for 10 around a lengthy wooden table flanked by tall windows. Need more seating? You’ll find bar seating for a further four along the quartz-countered bar that delineates the majestic chef’s kitchen. Three more bar seats can be found along an island with prep sink opposite, flanking a space with high-end stainless steel appliances and lush natural light from overhead skylights.

Sliding glass doors out from the kitchen and the living room lead out to two spacious wooden decks, one overlooking the pool area and the other leading down to it, and both basking in the sounds of waves nearby.

The property’s living spaces dominate the second floor, but even the first floor offers a place to come together in the form of a cozy den set in wood paneling and offering a flat screen TV within built-in bookshelves facing a sleeper sofa and a trio of armchairs. Or, get a game started at the card table with seating for four set next to a wall of windows leading out to a serene pebblestone patio.

Five bedrooms give everyone in the family a place to call their own. On the first floor you’ll find two, each with luxurious private access to the outdoor patio through sliding glass doors. The first offers a queen bed in a space enjoying its own flat-screen TV plus an en suite with wide dual basin vanity in speckled granite, tub and shower boasting lovely tiles.

Three more bedrooms await on the top floor, with two of them forming an ideal place for kids to enjoy sleepovers that stretch well into morning.

Pass through this room, and you’ll find yourself in the perfect room for younger guests. Here, below angled ceilings and skylights, a tall bunkbed in sturdy oak anchors a room with a wide desk, built-in bookshelves and flat-screen TV.

Also on the second floor (but well away from the kids’ room) we come to the opulent master suite, anchored by a king bed illuminated by the natural light from tall floor-to-ceiling windows. This luxurious suite enjoys private patio access, as well as tall ceilings and spa-like en suite with wraparound granite counters in speckled quartz housing dual basins, plus a cavernous walk-in shower incorporating both rainfall and bar-mounted showerheads.
